Established in 1979, Kids Academy of Copley was founded with one goal in mind: to foster the best environment for children to grow and learn in our area. We have continued to adhere to this initial goal since our founding and maintained our commitment to excellence and our responsibility to all of our parents and students.


We like to think of ourselves not as a business in our community, but as a part of the community itself. Copley- Fairlawn school busses provide transportation to the public schools.

Our Philosophy

The preschool years should be dedicated to developing positive self-image. This program will provide the opportunity for self-discovery, encouragement for their accomplishments, and an environment to practice the children's newly learned skills. This program has established a curriculum that promotes the growth of social, emotional, physical and intellectual development of the child; always with the goal of self-esteem as our primary base. An atmosphere of acceptance and praise will enable the child to learn at their own pace with the feelings of success and self-confidence.


Within this atmosphere, it is this program's belief that the preschool child will develop an attitude of caring about themselves and the world around them. A latchkey program should be dedicated also to enhancing this positive self-image. Kids Academy offers the school-age child the opportunity to make choices, receive encouragement and guidance for accomplishments and an environment to enrich these experiences. Reinforcement and praise are key elements for a successful life. Acceptance of the consequences in one's behavior is a vital part of this program. Motivation comes from encouragement and it is the program's goal to provide the infant through the school-age child with the tools to attain that positive self-image.
